For our SpectrumOne Sports lessons, each session can last up to 1 hour, but families can opt for up to 5 1-hour sessions per week for additional training.
For our SpectrumOne Fitness lessons, you may choose between 30 minutes and 1 hour, but families can opt for up to 5 1-hour sessions per week for additional training.

Will my child have the same coach each session?

Yes! Your child will be paired with one dedicated coach to build consistency and trust.
 We know how important routines and relationships are, especially for our neurodivergent athletes. That’s why we assign a primary coach for your child’s full program.
If your child’s coach is ever unavailable, we ensure a smooth transition: a backup or assistant coach will always shadow the main coach first, get introduced to your child, and build rapport before ever leading a session alone. This way, your child always feels supported and familiar with who’s coaching them.

How can I communicate with my child’s coach?

Parents can check in with the coach before or after sessions. We also provide periodic progress updates based on the child’s initial assessment and training plan.

What if my child struggles to follow along?

Our coaches are trained to adapt sessions based on each child’s learning style. If a child needs breaks, redirection, or adjustments, our coaches will modify the session to keep it engaging and positive.

 • You can reschedule within the same week if an available time slot exists.
 • If rescheduling isn't possible, the session cannot be refunded or made up in a future week.

We do not hold sessions on holidays. Sessions are scheduled Monday-Saturday based on availability.
