These conditioning classes at SpectrumOne Sports will provide targeted fitness training tailored to the needs of children on the autism spectrum and those with related developmental needs. Each session will focus on key athletic components such as strength, speed, endurance, agility, and flexibility, helping children improve their physical abilities in a structured and supportive environment.
